That would be ULTIMATE if it was equipped with a HUD unit! Not having to look at the dash is very helpful. You can maintain way more concentration on your driving and shifting as well. Plus not looking at your speedometer at 130 MPH is good!

I've got the turbo 4 and yes the limiter can be removed.

I just don't want to spend the $600 or take the chance of voiding my 4yr 50k mile warranty. Remember this is an Audi, buying replacement parts and having service done will be expensive!

turbo 4's are great.
yeah i know, saabs are the same way for major services, but well worth itB|
i'm sure if you really wanted you could have added that into the deal when you purchased the car. If the dealer does it it shouldn't void the warranty.

I have an S4, welcome to the club! Also aftermarket modifications do not automatically void the warranty. The dealer has to prove that what you changed caused the failure, and then only those parts are not under warranty. If you chip your car and you blow a turbo your SOL. If the sunroof breaks they have to fix it.

I saw one of these babies as I was crossing the street. I just stood in front of it and drooled. The light changed and had to get out of the way so he could get going. I like my Passat wagon, but me likee the Audi as well.:)

Ya.. I know it wont void the entire warranty. But, if I chip it.. it basically voids the drive train. Since factory specs won't be upheld.

Who knows, EFI is offering a system to swap programs. So if I take it in for service you can just swap back to stock. Also somehow passwords the HiPo program so it's unavailable to the dealer techs.

First things first, window tint next weekend.. then who knows.

The dealer had an 06' S4 on the showroom floor. Was sweeeeeeettttttt... They're also getting an S8 with the Lambo v10 later this summer. Same car (almost) that's used in the movie "The Transporter"

Performance

0-60 mph in seconds: 6.7 (DSG); 6.9 (6-speed manual)
Top track speed: 130 mph*
EPA fuel economy estimates (city/highway)*:
DSG: 25/31
manual: 24/32

* Maximum speed electronically limited to 130 mph in the U.S. Obey all speed and traffic laws.

Your mileage may vary

ummm is that all??? I believe my car is 0-60 in 6.7 or 6.8
don't know the torque, I'm sure you have me beat,
and mpg is somthing like 25-27 city and I've gotten over 36 highway. But it can't hold as much as yours.

p.s. I still think your car is badass I'm just giving you shit, but my car really does all the stuff I listed, only has aftermarket cold air filter

What are you driving? I'm sure there are a lot of cars that can beat those specs for a lot less money too. I wasn't banging my horn about how badass it is either. I was just talking about how much fun it was and showing the specs for reference. B|

But now you got my shorthairs up.. MY CAR IS BETTER THEN YOUR CAR! HA ya wuss!

was looking at some other specs and the base model has HR tires on 15" rims... i'm wondering if they limited it so that they could morally put HR rated tires on the car. I bet you'd get better handling on tha car with a higer rated tire
