Feeblemind 1 #1 May 26, 2006 Well the other day without any fanfare I made my 500th skydive (I did outside video of friends freeflying). During the evening I took some to reflect back on my last 14 months in sport. Eddie - Thanks for everything, I don't have time to go into greater detail (it would just take forever to type it all). Kieth - What a great friend and mentor you are. Even though you were not my primary instructor you have always been there for me when I had a question. You re-enforced Eddie's instruction and added some things of you own. It is great having a friend like you in sport and life in general. Lisa - OMG where do I even start?! I guess the two things that constantly remind me of you is gear selection and landing patterns. You give freely back to the sport with your your knowledge of gear and also provide information to us newbies on landing patterns. I find that even though I am now a coach I am occasionally approached regardning landing patterns. I do my best to relay the information that was provided to me, but I often refer alot of folks to talk to you or kieth ( why just get a coaches opinion, when you can talk to a professor) Guano/Groovalicious - thanks for all the coaching and fun jumps, again I really can't spend the amount of time needed to type out my thanks. Perry/Zinda - The happiest folks on the DZ!! You two are just plain awesome. Weakmindedfool - you're an ASS!! If you would not have made me go on that damn tandem I would have and addional $18,000 in the bank!! But damn I sure am having a good time spending my children's inheritance. Beth - The best damn rack (Ver. 2.0) on the DZ!!! To all those friends I missed, don't take it personal as I am at work and need to go. Feeblemind 1 #6 May 27, 2006 Pie for 500?? I thought the Pie rules were for adding zeros i.e. 100, 1000, and every 1000 there after. Fire Safety Tip: Don't fry bacon while naked
