As an aside, many states (all?) have degrees of a crime, and laws and sentencing often provide for tougher sentences when victims are younger, or when the age differences between perpetrator and victim are larger (when both are minors for example). edit to remove troll You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two. Three of them repeat offenders.
