Tried contacting them for a the last few weeks to buy a rig, got one short email back. Not sure what is up but decided to stay away because of the poor response.

I tried to see if he would buy my old reserve about two months ago when I bought a new one from him, but he said he would not because he was in the process of getting out of the business. He was only doing selling at the time, he had stopped buying.

I had exactly the same experience - no or very little attention to my e-mail questions about the staff shown on their website. Although the idea of the second-hand shop is great, they weren't useful and helpful to me at all.

I just got a set of risers fro him and the response was fast and shipped ASAP! I went through one of the ads in teh dz.com classfieds for contacting him.. Good luck!
