Scoop 0 #1 June 4, 2006 Hey to all who care, finally got off sstudent status today. Got final 2 consolidation jumps and a qualifying jump completed today. Yes I did buy the beer! I guess this means no more stand downs when the wind is over 15 knots anymore Halfway through CH1 at the moment so to finish that and FS1 next! They penetrate through wind nicely *JOKE* Don't worry, landings are the most frustrating and scary part of the jump for me. I am struggling still although I don't think the F111 canopies with ridiculous numbers of jumps on do much to boost your confidence with flaring and 'flying the canopy til you've landed'.
