Hey everybody, I know it has been a tough week or so but I need ya to reach deep one more time. My sister is getting biopsy results back this wednesday and my whole family is on pins and needles.

Her name is Lizzie and she is a great sister and a single mom of two of the most beautiful adopted kids from China you will ever meet.

I hope the biopsy results come back fine.

Health is more than a good blood pressure and happy lab tests. Its a whole feeling of well being that can be improved every day by the love and friendships that you have. It's a happiness and appreciation of something as simple as breathing. People with no medical ailments can be "sick" while those with cancer can be "healthy." The feeling of wellness is very important in life.... and I wish for you Health.
