Caller: "Hey, I heard from a VERY RELIABLE SOURCE that 2005 would be the last LP Boogie! Say it ain't so!" When asked, they wouldn't reveal their "source".

Moral: Check your sources. If you want the dates for the next twenty years, I can provide them to you.

Hi Fred. I'm the guy who called. I did want to check the facts and not spread rumors. That's why I was responsible and called. Glad to find out it's not true. I love the boogie. You did say you were subdividing some land though. Will this have any effect on future boogies? Thanks for the info.
