yamtx73 0 #1 June 9, 2006 This past Sunday while at the dz a young woman came in for a tandem jump; this was to be her second, her first had been 2 years ago before the accident that put her in a wheel chair. Our dzo shut down (it was a slow day) the operation and worked with the TM's to get her in a harness, including a strap between her knees to help keep her legs positioned. Her TM talked with her and made sure she was comfortable before getting on the plane and taking off.... They were the last ones out the door and the PM pulled higher than usual to give her a nice ride down under the canopy. Everyone was already down when they came in for a landing in front of a group of about 20 people. As the TM flared for a very soft landing everyone started clapping for her and she was crying with happiness... Just one of those special moments......The only naturals in this sport shit thru feathers...
