brierebecca 0 #18 June 14, 2006 I go through phases....I'll eat a bowl of cereal in the morning for a month or so, then I'll stop. I'm currently on a non-breakfast kick. I've found it really doesn't do anything to my weight. When I don't eat breakfast, I'm not as hungry during the day, so I don't eat as much. When I eat breakfast, I tend to eat more. So maybe it does something to my metabolism, but my weight tends to stay the same. I gave up soda a few weeks ago, so I've been drinking a lot of water in the mornings lately. Does that count?
