MF42 0 #1 June 18, 2006 So I woke up feeling not so great and decided to treat myself to breakfast like I was still in school: cold pizza and mountain dew. Enough of that healthy, all things in moderation, good for me, mature crap! Comfort food rocks! Anybody else abusing their digestive systems and loving every minute of it? matt1215 0 #2 June 18, 2006 Oh yeah!!! I had a half-pound of bacon, 3 eggs, and washed it down with an Amber-Bock.
ImGunnaJump 0 #3 June 18, 2006 I have 2 words for you: Captain Crunch. I was in Target the other day and saw one of the BIG boxes on sale, and before I knew it bought it. I haven't had the stuff in 15-20yrs. - it's kid cereal for god's sake...but I've been lovin' it! In fact, several evenings this week, instead of making a real dinner, the Captain and I have dined together. Of course, I've also had it for breakfast too. And (she says sheepishly) once for lunch. I don't know what's come over me, but I hope I get over it soon."...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." MF42 0 #6 June 18, 2006 There's a mom&pop tex-mex place I like nearby. Most of the servers know to not bother asking "Would you like chips and salsa? Hot or mild?" They just bring out the chips and both salsas as soon as I sit down. It's great. Matt
matt1215 0 #7 June 18, 2006 There's a burger-joint called Tommy's in CA, known for their chili-cheese burgers. Also on the menu is a sausage sandwich served on an English-muffin with chili, chesse, egg, pickles, tomato, onions and mustard. When I lived near a Tommy's, I'd often have 2 of these for breakfast with several hot chili-peppers and a large Mountain-Dew. Tasty .
NlghtJumper 0 #8 June 18, 2006 Lets see what is on tonights menu. 2 cases of Mountain Dew Crunch & Munch Sour Skittles Pringles [Pizza Style] Turkey & Chedder Sub from Charley's & Brown Sugar Pop Tarts... I think this is probably the healthest meal I have had all week! matt1215 0 #10 June 18, 2006 It's very tasty . In a few days, I'll be visiting both Tommy's and In-N-Out Burger. That burger on their index page is the Double-Double, the house specialty. They also serve a 4x4, which is not on the menu, but I always order. I have to smash it down to eat it and it just kinda falls apart halfway thru. Sometimes I have to finish it with a fork .
