woodpecker 0 #1 June 18, 2006 Has anyone ever ordered ANYTHING from www.threetripleseven.com? If you havent, dont waste your time. Customer service SUCKS and its been two months since the order and still havent recieved anything. Hell, my order is still in a PENDING status and now I'm getting the bullshit email responses of "your order has been sitting here ready to go for quite some time, we sent you an email about ......... and have been awaiting your response". Well A) if its been ready to be shipped, how is that exactly possible if you needed sizes or exact product wanted from me. Cant very well have an order sitting there if you dont have all the informaion. B) had no problems receiving the other two e-mails.....wierd that I would not have received the only one holding up my order. Then the kicker, after I resent the info......order still in pending. Small business, this is no way to get a good customer base and extend your business from local.
