Mayberry 0 #1 June 21, 2006 After spending forever this afternoon on the phone punching numbers trying to get an actual person at my insurance company (while reading all the phone threads on here), I remembered a website I heard about a few days ago called www.gethuman.com. Looks interesting, click on "Database" to get info on how to bypass all the BS & get an actual person. Why couldn't I have remembered this earlier?? Definitely gotta let 'em know about BC/BS.
