murrays 0 #1 June 21, 2006 I'm using Index/Match to look up a foreign exchange rate for a certain date...the date and FX rates are in two columns. How can I set things up so that the Index/Match formula refers to another cell that has a date typed into it and uses that date to do the lookup. I haven't been able to figure out a way to do this without editing the date in the formula itself.
