I tend to worry too much and too long about things, and search for worst-case-scenario explanations that are not even there. All this mostely about stuff I'm emotionally involved in. I know I shouldn't do this, because that way I make it only harder on myself. I just don't know how to stop it, it's something I've always done, and I can't find the "off-button" Has anyone got the same problem ? Can you do something about it ? Thoughts, suggestions ? "Ha !
