I like simple stuff on the grill... all kinds of veggies (sweet bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, or asparagus are among my favorites). Rub a little olive oil on them, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cumin, and grill. Yummmmmy. I marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of equal parts water, soy sauce, and olive oil, and sprinkle in a bunch of tarragon. Or I just do burgers or brats. I don't have the exact recipe, but it goes something like this: 1/2 Cup of vinegar 4 tablespoons paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder as much garlic as you want (there's no such thing as too much garlic) 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper 2 tablespoons of basil salt - a pinch, ... whatever 1 tablespoon dried mustard Grill the chicken slowly, occassionally keeping it wet with the "wash" ... Damn! Now I'm hungry. time to fire up the grill!
