bigway 4 #1 June 23, 2006 So a guy phoned me up three months ago and asked if i would sell him my crossfire and let him pay it off. He would take the canopy when it was paid in full. It is three months later, i have had 2 payments from him of £100 each. I have £700 still owing on it. I phoned him three weeks ago somebody picked up, did not say anything and then when i said hi they hung up. I sent him a text saying he needs to get in contact with me or i will sell it. NO reply. I sent that again yesterday. NO reply. I have missed out on 3 months worth of possible buyers cause of this guy and now he does not even bother to contact me. The last payment was on the 11th of May. Should i keep his £200? .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Ya never know - maybe something happened to him -I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
Katherine 0 #3 June 23, 2006 Maybe give him his money less £50 for re-advertising it or something?Leeds University Skydiving Club www.skydiveleeds.co.uk
iamsam 0 #4 June 23, 2006 If you didn't agree paid in full due date or non-refundable deposits with him, I'd consider it fair to call and text him again giving him 1,2,up to you weeks notice to pay in full or split the difference and forfeit £100 If he's not even acknowledging you it may not be that easy..but what do I know
StreetScooby 5 #5 June 23, 2006 Sell it, and return his money. It's not worth having an enemy for the rest of your life for 200 quid.We are all engines of karma
bigway 4 #6 June 23, 2006 Thanks for all the responses. I feel like it is not worth having an enemy either in this sport. Funny thing though, after i posted this thread i got an email from him. He responded to my re-listing of the canopy. Has been doing army stuff. I have been told that he will give me a standing order of £50 and if it is not paid by the 14th of july that i am to re-sell it and give him his money back.,,, Seems like a waste of time if i just have to wait a month to have to give him his money back. The thing is, i bought this from the states on credit card. I am selling it to him for what i have paid plus a touch more, just a touch. So the interest on my credit card is getting higher and higher and he knows this. If he does not pay in time i will charge him a certain fee that i hope we both agree on. I was under the impression he was giving me £100 a week. At the moment it is £200 in 3 months with 2 payments made. He is a nice guy that cant afford it so i gave him a break but i never expected him to be this slack in correspondence. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .
