skybytch 273 #12 June 28, 2006 The dz I jump at does a demo into the fireworks show in town, which is held on the athletic fields of the high school and spilling over into a neighboring park. Last year we put two PAC loads in. Arriving by parachute is the BEST way to get there! The fireworks show is pretty good too. I'm almost sorry I'm going to miss it this year. Anybody know if they do a 4th of July fireworks show in Valdez, Alaska? Answering the question more directly, one of the best professional fireworks shows I've seen was at a Giants game in The City. The best non-professional fireworks shows are done by bendywendy (who runs Skydive Sebastian).
SkydiveStMarys 0 #13 June 28, 2006 The last thing that I did as a DZO was get a Demo together for a big resort here in Fla (last July)..they had two airshows scheduled, one in the afternoon and one at dusk...they wanted skydivers for both shows....it was great....between shows they treated me and "my jumpers" to all kinds of perks and we were able to hang out all day and use their facilities and stay afterwards for there awesome firworks display. It was very cool!!!!!! BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. A miracle is defined by gratitude.
