Rigger in Fort Worth area?

Just moved to the fort worth area and need to get my rig repacked. I live 2 hours from skydive dallas, and I don't feel like driving 4 hours roundtrip just to drop off my rig for a repack.

So I'm on the south side of Fort Worth, any riggers within a couple hours of this?

There used to be a dz in Granbury (just south of Ft. Worth). I think it's still there. Should be some riggers around there to help you out.

Call Skydive Dallas and ask for Jeff Hindman. I think he lives in Fort Worth. He may be out there by now if not he is generally at skydive Dallas every Sat. and Sun.

Try John Storrie, www.vestedinterest.com He's in Denton, it's not too far. There's a few jumpers in South Ft. Worth who jump at SDD, I'm sure you could find somebody to run it out.

In addition to the suggestions above, there are several reputable riggers who will allow you to ship your rig to them (SDD, Derek (HooknSwoop on here), Chuting Star, SkyWorks, Etc. Etc.). Also, www.rigminder.net has a rigger locator.

Doc Stewart is in Stephenville. His DZ is at the airport. He's an experience rigger. Drop him a line. Stephenville is about 45 minutes from south Ft. Worth.
