Breakfast Anyone?

I'd always more or less skipped breakfast other than the occassional bagel at Starbucks. Last fall, I began eating a better and started eating breakfast every morning. After the first month, changing nothing else in my diet/exersise habits I ended up losing 6 pounds just adding breakfast (I'm 5'11'' around 155) I skipped it yesterday for the first time in a while and noticed a tremendous difference all day. If you've never been a breakfast eater for what ever reason, give it a try for a month and see how you feel.

A good breakfast is the starting block for your day. Even working nights I get up and eat something to start my day. Even if that's at 1pm and its not a traditional breakfast meal. Without it my day is all sorts of off kilter.

I start every day off with a pot of coffee and 1/2 a pack of cigarettes...

I use to include a pack of little sugar donuts...but I'm more focused on my health these days!

Do you guys have those weird spider scorpion things that I've seen pictures of over there that are fucking huge and can kill you? If so, i fucking hate spiders and that shit would freak me the fuck out.....i would run it over w/ the tank...

Yes I eat breakfast, but its harder during school because i get up like 20 min before class starts...

They don't really get that big. Internet myth. National Geographic says they only get to about a 6 in leg span. I have seen a few but no bigger than about 4 in leg span. They only eat grasshoppers and small lizards. They are creepy looking and if you are standing in the sun they will follow your shadow and run up your pant leg. Haven't heard of anyone being bitten by one though.

Solifugid is the technical name. They're harmless to humans, although very very freaky looking. I hate spiders and they would wig me out big time.
