"The Jacket" with Adrien Brody

I saw this on DVD at home yesterday, i don't remember it even being a major release over here, in fact the only reason i picked it up in the DVD store was because i'd read about it somewhere. I absolutely loved this film.

Anyone else seen it? What did you think?

I saw the movie about a month ago and loved it. I didnt remember hearing that much about it either but just one of those last minute DVD pickups.

Absolutely, i found it stuck on the floor level, bottom left corner of the "New Releases" shelf at my local DVD store.

I really liked it too. The music is haunting. I found myself watching it at least twice more on HBO. Adrien Brody is one of the most unusually appealing actors I've noticed in a while...

I like suspense thrillers (scary kind) and comedies.

What genre does "The Jacket" fall into?

It's kinda hard to say, there's a bit of thriller/ a bit of sci-fi and there's some love story in there too.

It wasn't a big boxoffice hit here in the States. I don't think the marketing was targeted very well, plus there just wasn't very much of it.

Good movie, would like to see it again.

Great movie~ I loved it! I've seen it a couple of times, it's the kind of movie that makes you think...ya know? I just couldn't get it out of my head after the first viewing.
