I am trying to contact RWS and no one is answering. Is it a public holiday in the USA today 20 July 2006 14:15 Time in South Africa and according to google its past 08:00 Eastern Standard Time

It's not a holiday, but a lot of places don't open as early as 8:00 a.m.
