He's just out there on stage goofing off, not working very hard on any of his jokes and just acting like a kid. He used to be really funny. I remember even just 10 years ago I thought he was absolutely hilarious. Great sketches, good jokes and the Top 10 was actually funny. It seems like since he had a son, then he had that kidnapping thing go on and his mentor (Johnny Carson) died, he just doesn't really do a show anymore.
