I suggest to go to stop smoking web sites, etc. I've quit lots of times, once for years and just started back up, this is my last time quitting. Getting older and smoking was making me sick!! He would make an attempt and then smoke. However, the key to his success was that he would quit again until it stuck. It's a lot of effort, but worth it.
