Health Foods - GOOD!

Recommended Posts

I'm eating dinner and just realized that I've gone over to the dark side - health foods.

I got milk and a sammich:
Bread
Mayo
Lettuce
Bologna
Pickle relish

meat, grains, vegetables, fruit - I'll live to be 100!

:)
My reality and yours are quite different.

I was having a hard time holding it in at last safety meeting. 'Cause those goldfish kept swimming around on that box between you and Johnny.:ph34r:

Bologna is to health food as Scott Lutz is to World Team

OMG! That is the best thing I've read on here for a long time.

I think he's talking about the pickle relish (cucumbers).

I had to look that one up. Apparently, botanically cucumbers are a fruit. But every diet that I have ever been on has listed them as a vegetable. And I've always grown them in a vegetable garden, along with that other vegetable, that's really a fruit, the tomato.

Oh well, fruit or vegetable, I doubt that pickled relish has much in the way of nutritional value anyway. :D But it tastes good...
