Word of problem employees is easily spread, specially when anger management is needed. billeisele 130 #60 August 17, 2006 the only way you can win this battle is to shut up and grin any reaction they get from you hurts you and they win again, seems like they "know" the system and are willing to work it against you either they are just plain mean or they are jealous about something, i suspect the latter, they can't beat you fair n square so they will use the system against you take the new job, leave with a smile and you win - it will kill them when they can't get to you the world is full of little people that get their joy by trying to bring others down into their cesspool existenceGive one city to the thugs so they can all live together.
