Thanatos340 1 #7 August 18, 2006 I worked in Maintenance and Engineering for a Dessert Factory for 6 years. We had various size and type Chocolate Vats all over the plant with about 30 different types of Chocolate Pumps. All the lines were heat traced but even then, When a Pump went down, the lines and the Vat got clogged up. It would be fairly easy for someone to fall into a vat while trying to unclog it.
