NWFlyer 2 #7 August 18, 2006 Clay, if it makes you feel any better I just got my first MP3 player a month ago. And J and Shimmel ... it was an IRiver. No IPod for me, either."There is only one basic human right, the right to do as you damn well please. And with it comes the only basic human duty, the duty to take the consequences." -P.J. freeflir29 0 #9 August 18, 2006 I was sort of forced into buying it. I spend A LOT of time at work driving and sitting in Chevy Suburbans. The CD players RARELY work because of all the dust and general abuse. Plus CD's get ruined quickly. I got a Monster Cable transmitter so I can now listen to music all day long and never hear the same thing twice. Especially since I got rid of my old team leader who HATED people listening to music while driving. Work will be MUCH better now!
freeflir29 0 #10 August 20, 2006 Did I say how great this thing is? Lets see.......I played it on the 1 1/2 hour bus ride to the airport. Played it during the 4 hour wait for the first plane. During the 1+ hour flight to New York. During the 3 hour wait for the next plane. Then more on the 11 hour plane ride to the sand box. I used only about HALF the battery power!!! This thing kicks ASS and now I am not using my lap top as a media player. I've even learned how to navigate all the menus.

bob.dino 1 #13 August 21, 2006 Nice, but I'm too lazy to carry 'round multiple devices, so I've got a phone with a 2GB memory stick in it.
