LisaH 0 #1 August 22, 2006 There is a new employee at my company. I can't understand anything he says because of his accent. Boss said..give it some time. It's been 3 months and I still can't understand him. I have to talk to him many times during the day...he repeats what I say and then I can't understand his response. I'm not the only one experiencing this. He's a nice guy and very friendly...but...we can't understand him. I cringe when I see his ext come up on my phone.
