I HATE my school

My school SUCKS. Everyone who works there in any kind of administrative capacity is A MORON. When I call the financial aid office, if all the attendants are busy, it just fucking HANGS UP on you. So you have to keep calling and calling.

Also, when you go to log into your e-mail, it says, "KSU enrollment busting at the seams!". Ok, so no wonder I can't get into any of the classes I need. Jesus Christ - quit letting in every idiot who applies, or add some fucking classes!!!!

And NO ONE on that campus can return a phone call or an e-mail. Ever. Thank goodness I'm done with that place after this semester.

It's always been that way. You can register online last I checked. The phone registration never, ever worked to your advantage. If you also didn't call the second your registration time started, well then you fucked yourself. Anyone that has gone there knows some of the tricks to getting the classes you want and don't worry, drop add usually frees up a lot of space, but you'll be checking every ten minutes for an opening. No more posting for you until then.

I agree that school needs more classes and definitely some more competent people in the admin areas. They are growing fast and struggling to keep up. You should have went before all this and you wouldn't be having this problem.

Start calling the deans. Tell them you couldn't get anyone else on the phone, and you have some complaints about the system.

Did you try to register as soon as you could? see previous post if you didn't.

They are trying, very hard, to get as much money as they can so they can expand and compete with the other GA schools. Last I heard they had the second highest enrollment, only beaten by UGA. Lots of those fools don't stick around though, not the brightest bunch. Thus why drop add is your best bet. I will let you know that I more than once went to the deans office and asked to be let into a closed class. It worked once or twice.
God I don't miss that hassle.

And the state of Georgia has a deal that anyone who graduates from a public university is entitled to attend any other state public university automatically. So I'm in by default.

I have been to 3 different schools and the fine aid dept is the same in all of them. They suck ass and dont give a damn about your problems. Keep on top of your numbers because they sure as hell wont. Unless you owe them money then expect the phone to ring. But if they over charge that money is gone. Hope things smooth out a little for you.

That's very, very true. But I by no means hate school. I hate MY school.

And the only thing that sucks more than work, is working FT while going to school FT. Doing only one or the other is vastly preferable.

They're always like that (Ok almost always). They are stereotypical nail filers, who never know anything except the details of their collective agreement (which they know to the letter). Do not use e-mail or phone. Go in person so they have a harder time giving you the "I'm too busy" routine.
