Anyway, remember when you were in 1st grade and the teacher used that sentence 'My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pickles' to help us to remember the planets and the order they were in? Well now it's just 'My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nothing'. 3000 dumbassed, no sense of humor, impressed with their own IQ's scientists decided today that Pluto was no longer a planet. I say WTF? I like Pluto! I was looking forward to the discovery of a planet further out than Pluto. I am really pissed. As far as I'm concerned, Pluto is still a planet and the scientists can kiss my ass! That's all.... Jewels 0 #9 August 25, 2006 I'm bitter, too, but at least my mneumonic device actually works better without Pluto. We learned it as "Mary Visited Edith Monday; Just Sat Until Noon, Period." It's better without the "Period" on the end--but Pluto shouldn't be demoted for poor job performance as a planet. Then I have to convince Trinity Christian Schools in Lubbock, TX, to restate my grade so that I'll no longer be living a lie. What a pain in the ass!I don't have an M.D. or a law degree.
