ifall 0 #1 August 29, 2006 http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060829/NEWS01/308300001 I am really getting tired of people. How could someone do this? This happened very close to my neighborhood and thousands searched for this little boy for weeks. The foster mother faked his dissapearance saying she had a siezure or something like that in the park. The finding came in yesterday around 1:30 or so. There is a picture of Marcus Fiesel on the front page. http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/frontpage
Randy_H 0 #2 August 29, 2006 That is really sad...he was in the custody of foster parents too which meant he had already been through some stuff! The only justice is that Ohio has the death penalty which I hope both of them get. But it still won't bring that poor little boy back....it makes you sick!010010010110010101100001011101000111000001110101011100110111001101111001

The best they can get is Murder two - they didn't premedetate it - I'm no lawyer - but I do stay at a lot of Holiday in expresses.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

The death penalty would be the easy way out for those two, I say feed 'em to the hungry inmates. I heard they don't take too well to people who do harm to children. If so, a murder that occurs in the commission of certain other felonies can be first degree murder. When a victim dies accidentally or without specific intent in the course of certain felonies, what might have been manslaughter increases to murder. Felony murder is usually a capital crime in jurisdictions that also have the death penalty. Most states that have felony murder spell it out specifically. I know Iowa includes child endangerment, but I'm not sure about Ohio.

Wouldn't want to completely condemn them without a fair trial.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

That would be fitting I believe. Instead they are being protected and are on suicide watch. I don't think the article mentioned this but the boy was autistic as well. Icon134 0 #12 August 29, 2006 the article did state that the Involuntary Murder charges were to ensure that they would be kept in custody. I imagine they can add more charges once it goes to a hearing... so...Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
