Dumpster 0 #1 August 30, 2006 As mentioned in a earlier thread, Fuck My Job, I'm going on Vacation!!! from 8/31 to 9/5. I've got Saturday and Sunday (Sunday being my B-Day -) Reserved for skydiving - The rest the stay is family and (whuffo) friends. So where should I go to jump?? I'm leaning towards Temple - AggieDave knows I'll enjoy formation loads out of the PAC and Caravan. But San Marcos is close - and they have some groovy things going on, too! Talk to me people! Brains 2 #3 August 30, 2006 I jump in San Marcos but most of my friends have left and gone to Temple for various reasons. If it is RW that you want and you like the idea of some formation stuff, Temple is the place to be. It seems as of late that there aren't many fun jumpers in San Marcos. Just team training and students. Who knows about this weekend though. I do know that SSM has $17 jumps all weekend. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you. Plus when you get hot theres a cool pool to jump in. Lindercles 0 #5 August 30, 2006 No matter which place you pick you're going to have a good time and make some cool jumps with cool people. As was mentioned before, San Marcos is significantly closer and has $17 jumps. But Temple has $18 jumps and every 50th person to manifest is free. And a PAC.
