Week from hell

I just finished a week straight from hell. Half the firm is on vacation, So when the boss asked if I could weld, like an idiot I said yes.

So he packed me off to an old farm house to weld a new central heating system, In keeping with the style of the house the
heating system was a copy of systems 50 years ago, all done in steel pipe an cast iron radiators
143 welds with Oxyacetelyne, last time I used a torch was 15 years ago, When it was finished I only had 2 welds leaking
with the system running at 25psi. Not bad I think, cant wait to see the bonus.

The good part is, I'm an industrial electrician an air conditioning tech. not a welder. so my body was'nt prepared
for the weird positions you put yourself into welding consequently I ache all over.

The week from hell you say?!!?!

How bout my week started with a root canal retreat that was infected beyond belief (GROSS!) and this week has yet to end--and yesterday, I rear ended some dude in a truck. It sucked! Good news my hoopty is fine..Bad news I nearly tore off the bumper on his Ranger.

But, there is still today and thank GOD tomorrow is Friday
