Yes, for those that didn't get a chance to DVR or Tivo the VMAs (I couldn't possibly stand to watch it any other way) then set it for the inevitable re-run. Shakira's performance is one of the first and it's a lot better watching that then the link I posted above. Seriously sexy bod!

I'll go with you! It's fantastic excercise! Technically not classes, but I went on an Alaskan cruise and the crew is all the same as the Carribean cruise (same boat travels up to Alaska in the summer). For some reason there wasn't much of a younger crowd on the boat and no-one ever seemed to be at the bar on the pool deck---except me. Me, the Jamaican bartenders and the belly-dancer girls. I learned all SORTS of things.

That's so funny. I was looking into it a couple of weeks ago and there is a mother/daughter class. My 12 year old still isn't embarrassed by me yet so she is totally up for it.
