Icon134 0 #1 September 4, 2006 even if it was just a way to stir up some shit... honestly though even though I haven't gottent any work done in the past couple of days... I really haven't had a bad weekend. Yesterday, even though the chance to skydive was killed due to 2000 foot cloud base and constant drizzle I was able to get some much needed house cleaning done (something that is almost always relaxing and rewarding since I've accomplished somethig...) and I spent most of the day with a good friend of mine helping her scan (and clean up) a bunch of old photos of her parents for her parents 30th wedding anniversery (she wants to make a video) then today... I went to the dz and got in 2 RW jumps... and several video jumps... (I fell on the formation on one of video jumps... my mentor was so proud of me... no really he was... ) I also was priviliged to entertain some tandem students when I announced very loudly that "I'm JUMPING OUT OF AN AIRPLANE!!! YEAH!!!" I think the entire CASA load heard me too... oh, got to serenade everyone on the plane as well... which is always a fun time... I was invited to shoot video for my RW videographer mentor's 5000th skydive which is going to happen tomorrow morning... 'Course, she's just gorgeous...so that helps, too. But this was a real test of my ability to shoot under weird circumstances, as well as a real live human model to direct. Had a freakin' ball.
