For those of us who had Labo(u)r day off, it's effectively a Monday. So for today, I'm gonna go with no.

Productive? Hmmm.

Court appearance 30 miles south of here at 8:30 a.m. Oh, yeah. I had trial up here at 9:00. Somehow I managed through cell-phone commo with the court up here and managed to get a damned good result after I arrived. Nothing like jumping right into something.

The outright fatigue fromt he day really hit me...

I'll have to agree. It's Monday... And, no, I am not being productive at all. I've been surfing the web more today than anything else. I love my job.

I worked productively between 9:30 this morning and noon....then went for sushi....then (get this) completed my application for my medical license! HA! I think they're actually gonna let me have one...lol. Then I took the long way home on some great back roads on my bike.... It was a productive day :)

I have Tuesdays off, working a compressed work week with 4 days on 10hr shifts. So Tuesdays are productive at my house if you like being lazy.

I got up about 1230 this afternoon, bummed around on the computer for a couple of hours and then hopped on my motorcycle for a nice afternoon ride and lunch. Rode out to Yankee's (a biker bar/burger joint about 30 miles from my house), enjoyed my lunch, rode around through some of the forest land in the area (the edges of the Sam Houston national Forest) and rode home. Just finished off a crappy novel called Ice Station (man that story sucked, the author really isn't any good), poured a nice Jack Daniels and I'm relaxing.

I've got to stay loose since tomorrow I have to wake up early to be at work at 1300 instead of 1500. However, tomorrow is a range day, so I'm going to get paid good money to go to the range from 1300 until 2200.

Man, Tuesdays really suck for me.
