Hand over your guy card buddy! yeah the plots are thin but in terms of what this dude can do, Ong Bak is incredible! Woah... wait... are you saying these "action" movies are supposed to have plots? Peej 0 #27 September 8, 2006 No, i'm agreeing that the plots are thin, but who watches these movies for the plot anyway? You should watch them just to see some poor plonker get the pooh kicked out of him! Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky

BillyVance 35 #29 September 8, 2006 QuoteQuoteChuck Norris The major difference is that Chuck Norris was a top level competive fighter. One of the best that has ever competed. Jet Li has never competed in fighting, only in Katas. Although he has done well with them. That's possibly why Chuck Norris' martial arts on film wasn't really flashy but very crisp and with correct technique, where as Jet Li is very flashy. If you've ever been a competitive martial artist you know what I'm talking about. Watch the top fighters then go watch the top in forms. Which one actually looks better? For me, the fighters are the ones that are impressive, or the ones doing traditional forms with crisp and perfect technique. Not the really accented moves with super deep stances that is all show and useless in any sort of situation. Outside of Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris, my 3rd favorite film fighter is Steven Seagal. He can be particularly brutal... one of those street fighters who can use the surroundings to his advantage. But Bruce Lee would kick his ass, and roundkick Chuck into oblivion! AggieDave 6 #31 September 8, 2006 Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee were friends and their fight scene in "Way of the Dragon" is by far one of the best ever filmed. Its a scene with no special effects, no wires, no stunt doubles, just two masters of their art nearly free sparring (it was choreographed). Honestly, a match between the two of them at the height of their training, it would have gone eitherway. It would come down to what each one had for breakfast.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
