StreetScooby 5 #1 September 20, 2006 I'm flying down south tomorrow. Will be seeing some relatives that I haven't seen in a long time. Looking to bring some of my 4-way training tapes (VHS) on the plane in a carry on. Do I need to be worried about the impact of X-rays on the VHS tape?We are all engines of karma

simplyputsi 0 #5 September 20, 2006 So does the same apply for sending VHS through the mail? I asked the UPS store and they were like I dunno Did they stop radiating packages for anthrax?Skymama's #2 stalker -
Buried 0 #6 September 20, 2006 the only way to screw up a take is with magnets and it would require a decent powered electromagnet to screw up a tape. x rays have nothing to do with magnets and for the most part you just have to worry about film, non developed photo paper and things like that. simplyputsi 0 #7 September 20, 2006 otah. Thanks. Figured there wasn't anything special needed to be done. You reminded me I need to get me a set of those curiously strong magnets from that geek web site. I have many uses for themSkymama's #2 stalker -
