RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 September 22, 2006 Had a "Charlie Horse" aka Cramp in my leg which hurt sooo bad.. I had a bottled water on my bedside table and guzzled it as I was struggling to straighten my leg...and voila! it worked. I've also recently had muscles that twitched all day (how annoying) and drinking more water stopped that as well...so...water is really important and dehydration causes that crazy stuff to happen. So, that's my Public Service Announcement for today. Have a great, safe weekend! _________________________________________

SkydiveStMarys 0 #15 September 22, 2006 I have been on the "drink more water" kick for the past three months. I know that it is good for you and when I thought about it, I really never drank any. I tend not to drink alot of fluids as it is because my bladder is the size of a thimble. But I do love Propel!! And I'm getting better at hydrating myself. BobbiA miracle is not defined by an event. apollard24 0 #18 September 22, 2006 Yep, I used to hate drinking water, ahh! Now I drink atleast 3-4 bottles of water at work a day. Propel does help it go down a little better. When I get home I usually drink about 2 more bottles of water. Makes me feel good! Breathe out so I can breathe you in...
JSBIRD 1 #19 September 22, 2006 Living at 7000' in a very dry climate, I find half a gallon of water per day is a minimum for me...Seems to keep me on a more even keel in many ways. 359"Now I've settled down, in a quiet little town, and forgot about everything"

How is that "converting?" You're right, though - water is a cure-all... It's amazing what it can do. Not to mention how crappy runs are when you're dehydrated...
