Ok, i have booked my appointment. September 26th. Made sure it was early in the week so i can jump at the week-end. getting the full out monty vasectomy. The Dr asked if i wanted sedating or to be knocked out. Knocked out all the way i say. So as soon as i wake i will be a jaffa!
The price is only $200 with insurance. Not bad hey. That's a weeks worth of diapers. Money well spent.

Not ice packs. Bags of frozen peas. They are cheap, can be re-frozen and comfortably conform to any shape. Also not nearly as cold. I liked them much better than ice packs.

You had to make me laugh while I am sitting on a bag of corn (I put the peas back in to refreeze). I am only 5.5 hours out from being cut and the numbing stuff is wearing off. I am not sure which is worse though the cut or the fact my sack is sooo freakin cold. BRRRR!!!

I never smelled the burning vas so didn't mind that. The bee sting while numbing was the worse. Afterwards the nurse asked if I wanted to see the piece of vas he took out so of course I did. I asked her if I put it under my pillow if the scrotum fairy would leave me anything.
Lee, be ready for a piece of humble pie when you go in because I sure needed it. Good Luck.
