Lindercles 0 #26 September 26, 2006 Hey, at least you're doing something! The site specifically says "If, on the other hand, you find the program too strenuous, just stretch it out. Don't feel pressured to continue faster than you're able. Repeat weeks if needed and move ahead only when you feel you're ready." You're on your way, that's what counts! ACMESkydiver 0 #27 September 26, 2006 QuoteNtrprnr already posted this pedometer in another thread, but it's worth reposting. Yes I meant to post that in here too, but forgot. thanks for getting that! My distance was just over 1.3 miles a few days ago. We'll see what tonight's is. I have to use a treadmill for a variety of reasons, but it does give me the advantage of being able to look at a clock and see exactly what speed and distance I've gone. My walking was at 3.6 mph, and my running was at 4.2 mph. Slow, but I am short and can't keep a fast pace. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
