Can anyone tell me anything about the basejump record in UK from balloon - and where is the best uninhibited airpace to do such a fall again?

to keep things in perspective - baloon jumps are not considered BASE jumps. They are skydives.

As any baloon owner. They will tell you where to jump.

By denifition, if somebody has jumped off a balloon, it's a skydive. Period.
A jump is a BASE jump when performed from a fixed object
