PLFXpert 0 #26 September 27, 2006 A little bit related, but off-topic. When I'm getting ready to go out I can see the TV in the mirror so everything is technically backward but looks the same unless the scene is of someone driving. I've often laughed when I see a commercial or something that I've seen before but it looks completely different--b/c I saw it the first few times in the mirror.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. PLFXpert 0 #27 September 27, 2006 QuoteHey, Carrie - you have an extra "for" in your sig line. The mods...I know it was them... Which one of you.... Andrea! Andrea I know where you'll be in two weeks and I'll be waiting. Oh yes. I'll be waiting. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
PLFXpert 0 #28 September 27, 2006 QuoteNotice mirrored pic below. Either way that one eye looks f'd up and my bare eyes do not stand out like my friend's lined/mascara eyes do. I can see the difference though. Oh and: QuoteI could also get a much cleaner (and lighter) image with a higher resolution file to start with. The photo was taken w/ a camera phone.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
PLFXpert 0 #29 September 27, 2006 QuoteWhat photo editor? Corel Photo Album. Came with my Dell, and then I purchased it. You might be right--I haven't played much with it, but that's definitely not one of the options on the main tool bar. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back. McBeth 0 #30 September 27, 2006 It really depends on the picture... I love some pics of me, but in others I look like I'm on drugs
Michele 1 #31 September 27, 2006 I solved that by staying behind the camera, as the one taking the shots. Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~
VanillaSkyGirl 6 #32 September 27, 2006 I have to go with all of the above. I have looked much better, about the same and much worse in my pictures. I've always hated to have my picture taken. I often feel uncomfortable about it, but I let people take the pics, anyway. After my best friend of over ten years passed away, and I had very few pics of us (because neither one of us were comfortable having our pics taken), I decided that it's better to have pictures, than not. Also, maybe that is just the way that I really look, and I am unaware of my true unattractiveness or true beauty, depending on which pics I look at. valjumps46 0 #34 September 27, 2006 I don't like most of my pictures. My nose looks huge in pictures. But in real life it fits my face and isn't that big at all. : ("I'm going to marry my novels and have short stories for children." I disagree that it's better to have pics than not (but I'm so sorry to hear the news for you). But, hello? I've only seen your avatar and read your posts and thus I know already you're beautiful.Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

VanillaSkyGirl 6 #37 September 27, 2006 Thank you, sweetie. About my best friend...I'm ok now, but thank you. It's been many years, since she's passed away. She still lives on in my heart.
