dweeb 0 #1 September 28, 2006 I took my 2 & 3 AFF there last weekend after being very disappointed with SDSD and their treatment of AFF students. Can't tell you how much different it was jumping from a small DZ. I felt welcome the moment I stepped through the door. When I walked in, everyone in the barn walked up and introduced themselves to me and welcomed me to Imperial. They fly a C182 which was new to me, but a blast at the same time. I hear there's a party going on over the weekend of 10/14, so if you're in the mood to jump and play, then would be a great weekend to go. Rumor has it that they're going to have a Caravan that weekend. It would be great if they had some business to at least pay for the cost of it! Anywho, to the staff at Imperial, thanks for making me feel at home. It was a nice feeling after jumping at SDSD.
