Well as long as you are getting a free spanking out of it I suppose it would be OK... You'll have to tell us about the spanking, though, so we can live vicariously through you __ My mighty steed

jumpchikk 0 #39 September 27, 2006 J, here's my buck up speech. There is always going to be something going on in your life that is going to cause you stress. If you really want to do it, there's no time like NOW. Do it for yourself. Do it for your daughter. Do it for your family. Do it because you want to breathe easier. Do it because you don't want to smell like a big ashtray. Do it because you want to be healthier. Okay, end of speech. Love you sweetie.

I can't concentrate on anything and keep getting confused. There's also something screwy going on with my vision that's making it difficult to read. I'd really like a nap. livendive 8 #48 September 28, 2006 I'm going to bed now, so day 1 is in the books and I'm gonna have an 8 hour head start on day 2. Today I think the toughest part was just the physical habit. Finished lunch...I stood up to go outside and smoke. Personal phone calls at work, I ALWAYS go outside and smoke...going outside today (so my coworkers don't eavesdrop) but not smoking while doing so was tough. This afternoon got a little crazy, going from pacing to unable to keep my eyes open and back again in a matter of minutes. At one point I got up and just walked the stairs in my building for 5 minutes as an alternative to a smoke break. Also read somebody's literature from one of those hypnosis session things...actually, the biological explanation helped quite a bit by putting things in perspective. This evening wasn't too bad, except when I first got home from work (luckily kinda late), and when I took a phone call right as the movie I was watching ended...both times I normally go outside and smoke. A few minutes in my massage chair the first time and a bunch of pacing and couple gulps of wine the second time got me through. This really is the last time. I'm done.
