I'm going to do my 2nd run of the week tonight after I finish consolidating orders. And I just happened to get a call that REALLY PISSED ME OFF about 20 minutes ago; I bet my run time will be faster. :D

I will repeat week 1 again just 'cause my heart rate is still too high to move on. :)

Y'know, I have found that I MUST get my run in before 3pm or I won't do it. :S

Tonight I will because I'm pissed -and it's either run or smoke, and at least running will burn off some of this Cinnabon my daughter brought me home from her mall shopping trip with Auntie. :D

Wow . . . mine have to be in the evening, just because of my schedule. And since I didn't run today on account of my hangover, I'll have to do it tomorrow after my last class - which gets out at 10:45 pm. :(

Oh, well. Live and Learn. Tequila bad. :D
