Last week I bought my wife the Nike+iPod gizmo for her Nano to help motivate her to start walking again (she's recovering from a stem cell transplant). I tried it out on Saturday to see how to get it working so I could show her...and it was so cool! Pace, distance covered and time elapsed. You can calibrate it for your walking or running pace if you want but it was dead on for me...I used a treadmill and at the end the distance on both was the same.
