The puddle under his midsection is most likely urine. That stream coming from his head is unidentifiable. It could be blood, but it could also be oil, or any number of other things. To me it just looks like tar used to fill in a crack in the street. The only for sure blood is on his hand and elbow, and you'd have a bloody hand and elbow too if you passed out in the street, but it wouldn't kill you.
