McBeth 0 #5 October 6, 2006 Well the ceremony is at St. Patrick's Cathedral and reception is at a hotel near Rockefeller Center, but everything I look at in Manhattan is $400 for the night I need. I need a sugar daddy.

jumpchikk 0 #7 October 6, 2006 Manhattan is gonna be more expensive. I stayed in a Super 8 Hotel for $99 a night...it was about 3 blocks from Times Square...it was nice. We pretty much walked to Times Square, Rockefeller Center..took the subway/taxi to Manhattan...damn, when ya going, I want to go back!!!
McBeth 0 #8 October 6, 2006 I'm not sure he wants a drunken Beth stumbling in late at night... especially b/c it is the same weekend as the marathon.

ntrprnr 0 #17 October 6, 2006 PM'd her my apartment, then realized when it was - had to back out of a PM. I'd totally give her my place, but the night before, I'm gonna not be a good person to be around. ANY other weekend would be totally cool. Have them change the wedding. :) Seriously, though - WTF is up with everyone having a wedding that weekend? Two other friends of mine are getting married that weekend, and I can't attend either. :-(_______________ "Why'd you track away at 7,000 feet?" "Even in freefall, I have commitment issues." McBeth 0 #18 October 6, 2006 I totally understand about that weekend being bad for you. I'll be back in New York for Thanksgiving weekend, maybe we can get some people together then. I'll work on it when it's closer.
