Interesting thread... I have no desire to find out what guinea pig tastes like, but have any of you actually eaten at the infamous White Castle? I think they make their burgers from guinea pig. I'd rather chow down anything I've seen at a night market in Asia before I ever suffer through one of those things again. Blick.

Had guinea pig in Equador.Served whole,it looked like a dirty big dead rat.At first my brain said no way,but i forced myself to have a little ,and it was allright.Within ten minuets I was chewing on the
carcass like it was KFC,ate three of the bug
